One story, one gesture, one response

Where do we go from here

Changing hearts and minds

One story, one gesture, one response

at a time

To each of us,

May we find peace in who we are

May we find acceptance in who we are

May we find love in who we are

My Uncle E. found peace and acceptance in who he was and with his partner.

My Uncle R. found peace and acceptance in who he was and in his partner.

My Uncles found acceptance in parts of their families

They were not welcomed or accepted by many.

Separated first by a border then by health. None to be allowed to just be together and hope this changes for others, as people accept.

My grandchildren are accepting of those in their classes.

Race, colour, sexual orientation, all are people making their mark on the world. All contributing to a common goal.
