Your Spirit-Guided journey into fuller Affirmation and reconciliation with the LGBTQ+ community is one that gives me hope.
In the way that we are called by Christ to welcome all to our tables, and recognize and embrace the radical reality of God’s love in and through Christ, I am reassured by the growing numbers of Affirming United congregations that heal important and deeply-felt fractures in the Body of Christ, which can and, God-willing, will heal.
You are an inspiration to me in my and our faith journey as I help my own Church come back to the LGBTQ+ people it left out int he cold.
