Roadblocks that destroyed my career

I was a candidate for ministry in 1992, but the minister in charge of the Education and Students Committee threw up roadblocks. I met each and every one. I wasn't the first lesbian he tried to derail. In my case he was successful in destroying my career, my hopes and dreams. I found out later he was stripped of his orders, but too late for me and to the dismay of his family. One of his children being a good friend of mine. Nobody won, everyone lost something.
