In response to Elsbeth's Story
Elsbeth, I heard your story and you are surprised even today the church is not as welcoming to LGBT people. I find this not surprising, because like many things racism and Native rights, it will continue for many moons. I’m late 60’s and this fight will out live me. Some hearts do not want to change.
One constant in my life is “God is my Friend” and is steadfast, stands by me when I’m down and gives me a hand when I am ready to get up and start over.
